How to apply for CDA Access to Technology (ATT)
California Department of Aging (CDA), delivered through local Area Agencies on Aging and community partners
Who it's for
Free digital devices, internet service plans, and training for older adults and adults with disabilities, so they can connect safely online, reach healthcare providers, and build digital skills. Part of CDA's Digital Inclusion effort alongside the Digital Connections Program. Call 1-800-510-2020 to reach your local Area Agency on Aging and ask about device and connectivity programs.
CDA's page describes the program for "older adults and individuals with disabilities" without publishing a numeric age cutoff or enrollment criteria — devices and service plans depend on availability through your local Area Agency on Aging. Call 1-800-510-2020 to check what is offered in your county.
