• • Tax or medical advice.
• • Benefits representation. The tool does not file, appeal, or negotiate a claim with any agency on anyone's behalf.
• • A government website, agency, or official application portal. DiscoverSeniorBenefits is privately operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

Acceptable use

Use the tool for yourself or someone you actively care for. Don't scrape the API, run automated requests at scale, or attempt to defeat the bot-protection layer. Misuse will result in a block.

Billing, trials, and refunds

The eligibility check and results are free and never require a paid plan. Paid plans add workflow tools only — they never change eligibility results.

• • Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial with every paid feature unlocked. If no payment is added, the account drops to the free tier and its data is preserved.
• • Plans bill monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the dashboard billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• • Refunds: email support@discoverseniorbenefits.com within 7 days of being charged and the most recent payment is refunded, no questions asked.

Professional use

Professional and organization accounts (benefits navigators, care managers, and similar) additionally agree not to:

• • Present eligibility results to clients as decisions, guarantees, or approvals — they are educational estimates.
• • Remove or obscure the disclaimers on generated reports. (The report footer is fixed by design and cannot be removed.)
• • Sell client data or use the platform to generate leads for sale.
• • Represent themselves as DiscoverSeniorBenefits staff or as a government agency.

Violations can result in account suspension.

Advertising

Paid directory listings and article sponsorships operate under the Advertising & Sponsored-Content Policy. Paid placements are always labeled and never affect eligibility results.

No warranty

Program rules change. Verified-by dates on each program card show when the source was last reviewed. Confirm current limits with the administering agency before applying. DiscoverSeniorBenefits is provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

The eligibility check is offered free of charge, and paid plans add organizational tools only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discover Senior Benefits is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a result, an estimated value, or a missed or denied benefit. Every eligibility decision rests with the agency administering the program. Always confirm with that agency before acting.

Privacy

Use of the tool is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what is collected, what is never collected, and how to request deletion.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the tool evolves; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
