Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
The only health-related information we collect is what you choose to enter for optional questions (for example, about a memory or cognitive condition). We use it solely to check which benefit programs you may qualify for during your eligibility check. We do not store it, we do not share it, and we do not use it to infer anything about you. You can limit this use at any time by skipping those optional questions, or by requesting deletion below.

Request deletion and all personal information associated with your email address is removed within 45 days, per CCPA.
