A single-person household can now earn up to $93,300 a year (up from $84,850) and still qualify for up to $9,000 in free minor home repairs. Limits for larger households went up too. A single-person household can now earn up to $93,300 a year (up from $84,850) and still qualify for up to $20,000 in free home safety repairs and accessibility upgrades. Limits for larger households went up too. If income kept you out before, it may be worth checking again. The agency makes the final decision.
