DiscoverSeniorBenefits .DiscoverSeniorBenefits is a free online eligibility scanner that helps California seniors and their caregivers identify federal and state benefit programs they may qualify for. Users answer a short set of questions about age, location, household, and income range, and receive a personalized list of programs with links to the official .gov application pages. Eligibility is determined by deterministic rules tied to public agency sources; AI is used only to generate plain-English explanations of each program. The tool does not collect Social Security numbers, exact dates of birth, exact dollar amounts, or medical conditions, and it is not a substitute for advice from an attorney, financial advisor, or the agency administering each program.
