How to apply for MO HealthNet for the Aged, Blind & Disabled (MHABD)

Who it's for

MO HealthNet covers Missourians who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled with limited income and assets. For 2026, monthly income must be $1,131 or less for one person or $1,533 for a couple who are aged or disabled (blind applicants qualify up to $1,330/$1,804), with countable resources of $6,220.50 or less for one person or $12,441 for a couple — Missouri raises these resource limits every July. People over the income limit can still qualify through Spend Down. Apply online, by phone at 1-855-373-9994, or at a Family Support Division Resource Center.
