How to apply for OmniAccess Paratransit (San Bernardino Valley)

Omnitrans

Who it's for

OmniAccess is Omnitrans's federally mandated ADA complementary paratransit service for riders whose physical or cognitive limitations prevent them from using regular Omnitrans fixed-route service for all or some trips. Service is offered up to three-quarters of a mile on either side of an existing Omnitrans bus route, covering the San Bernardino Valley West Valley (Chino, Chino Hills, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland) and East Valley (Bloomington, Colton, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Highland, Loma Linda, Mentone, Muscoy, Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino, Yucaipa) cities. The base fare is $3.75 for a 1- to 3-zone trip with $1.00 added for each additional zone; certified Personal Care Attendants ride free and up to two children under 46 inches tall ride free. Victor Valley residents are served by VVTA Direct Access, and Big Bear/Rim of the World residents are served by Mountain Transit; neither is part of OmniAccess.

ADA paratransit eligibility is determined by Omnitrans's mobility-services certification process — the scan cannot perform that evaluation. The service area is limited to within three-quarters of a mile of an existing Omnitrans fixed route in the San Bernardino Valley; Victor Valley residents use VVTA Direct Access and Big Bear/Rim of the World residents use Mountain Transit. Confirm your address is in the OmniAccess service area and request the application packet by calling 1-800-966-6428.
