Who it's for

The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps Boulder County households with part of their winter heating costs. Apply November 1 through April 30 online at Colorado PEAK, or call 1-866-HEAT-HELP (866-432-8435) to get a paper application or check your application status. Completed applications go to the LEAP processing center by email, fax (1-855-830-3483), or mail (P.O. Box 39200, Colorado Springs, CO 80949). For general questions, call 1-888-775-5327. Income limits are on the statewide LEAP record.
