Who it's for
Denver Human Services helps Denver residents apply for the Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), which pays part of winter heating costs and can help with heating-equipment repair or replacement. Income limits are on the statewide LEAP record.
Income limits are set each season (60% of state median income); the LEAP program determines the benefit. Statewide dollar screening lives on co.state.leap.
