Who it's for

Douglas County Human Services helps residents apply for the Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), which helps pay winter heating costs. LEAP runs November 1 through April 30. Applications are processed by Discover Goodwill of Southern & Western Colorado — apply online at Colorado PEAK, call Douglas County at 303-688-4825 to have an application mailed, or call 1-866-HEAT-HELP (1-866-432-8435). Income limits are on the statewide LEAP record.
