Who it's for
The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps Jefferson County households pay part of their home heating costs. LEAP accepts applications November 1 through April 30. Apply on the Colorado PEAK website; households that got LEAP last year at the same address are mailed an application packet. For help, call the 24-hour LEAP line at 866-432-8435. Income limits are on the statewide LEAP record.
Income limits are set each season (60% of state median income); the LEAP program determines the benefit. Statewide dollar screening lives on co.state.leap.
