Who it's for
Medicare Savings Programs help people with Medicare pay their Medicare premiums, and at the lowest income level (QMB) also deductibles and co-insurance. Colorado's 2026 monthly income limits are QMB $1,350 / $1,824 (single / couple), SLMB $1,616 / $2,184, and QI-1 $1,816 / $2,455. The 2026 resource limit is $11,450 for one person and $17,910 for a couple. Your home, one car, and a burial plot do not count. Apply through the county human services office or Colorado PEAK.
