Who it's for

The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps Weld County households pay for heat during the cold months and may help repair or replace a broken furnace. Applications are taken November 1 through April 30 and are processed by Discover Goodwill of Southern & Western Colorado. Apply online at Colorado PEAK, call 1-866-HEAT-HELP (1-866-432-8435) for a paper form, or visit the Weld County human services office. Income limits are on the statewide LEAP record.
