Who it's for

Grand Gateway's Area Agency on Aging serves older adults in Ottawa County and six other northeast Oklahoma counties. It helps people 60 and older live on their own at home. Services include information and assistance, meals (nutrition), in-home services, family caregiver support, legal services, the long-term care ombudsman program, help with Medicare Part D enrollment, transportation, and health and wellness programs. AAA services are free or donation-based; programs the agency helps with have their own rules. Older Americans Act services are for people age 60 and older. Medicaid and ADvantage eligibility is decided by Oklahoma Human Services.
