Who it's for
Onondaga County OFA serves seniors age 60+ and their caregivers. Services include Title III Congregate Meals + Home-Delivered Meals, Benefits Counseling (HIICAP — NY's SHIP), HEAP intake assistance, EPIC intake, Care Coordination, Caregiver Support, NY Connects (local ADRC), and Long-Term Care Ombudsman. Apply by calling OFA at 315-435-2362 or emailing ofa@ongov.net.
Onondaga: County OFA is the AAA.
What you'll need
- Proof of age 60+
- Proof of Onondaga County residency
- For Home-Delivered Meals: documentation of homebound status
- For HIICAP service: Medicare card
