How to apply for Clinton County Elderly Services Program — Senior Levy + Emergency Aid (Clinton County)
Clinton County Elderly Services Program (ESP) — funded by the Clinton County senior services property tax levy and administered by the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio. The four ESP levies (Butler, Clinton, Hamilton, Warren) serve ~13,000 older adults.
Who it's for
Clinton County Elderly Services Program helps residents 60+ stay at home as long as possible: personal care, homemaker services, home-delivered meals, transportation, adult day services and respite, minor home repairs, and emergency response systems. Enrollment and care management through the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (513-721-1025). Layered referrals: Clinton County Job and Family Services (Ohio Works First, emergency assistance, Ohio Medicaid); the county HEAP administering agency (HEAP/PIPP+); hospital FAP + HCAP; Catholic Charities / Salvation Army / St. Vincent de Paul; Ohio 2-1-1.
