(Toledo), the designated Area Agency on Aging for PSA 4, administering the Ohio Department of Aging's state-funded Home Repair Program in Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Sandusky, Williams and Wood counties (Erie, Ottawa and Sandusky applications are handled by Great Lakes Community Action Partnership)

Minor home repairs and accessibility modifications for older adults age 60 and older, funded by the Ohio Department of Aging and run in northwest Ohio by the Area Office on Aging. The program fixes the problems that make a home unsafe to stay in — the kinds of repairs and modifications a homeowner cannot afford on a fixed income. Eligibility is set by the state program and confirmed at application. In Erie County the program is run by Great Lakes Community Action Partnership — call 419-334-8911 or toll-free 1-800-775-9767 to apply.
The Area Office on Aging's page states only that the program is for eligible older adults age 60+; the income and homeownership tests live in the county application, and funding is limited, so this shows as may-qualify. Great Lakes Community Action Partnership confirms eligibility for Erie County.
