Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) serves Lucas County. DISTINCTIVE — TARTA fixed-route, Call-A-Ride, and TARPS service are FARE-FREE (no fare since 2023). TARTA Flex offers curb-to-curb rides anywhere in the service area for $3 per ride to riders 65+ and paratransit-eligible customers; TARTA Move/TARPS is ADA paratransit.
