Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) Senior & Disability Services is the aging and disability agency for Lane County. Its Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) is a free service for older people, people with disabilities, and caregivers, regardless of income. It helps with community resources, caregiver support, and long-term care options, and it takes requests to apply for Senior & Disability Services programs such as Medicaid long-term care, Oregon Project Independence, and senior meals. Call the ADRC at 541-682-3353 or toll-free 1-800-441-4038 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
AAA services are free or donation-based; program enrollments the agency helps with have their own eligibility rules. Most Older Americans Act services start at age 60.
