How to apply for Madera County Connection Senior Bus & Reduced Fare
Madera County Connection (MCC)
Who it's for
Madera County Connection (MCC) operates public transit across Madera County (Madera, Chowchilla, Fairmead, and North Fork). MCC's Senior Bus is exclusively for senior citizens 60 and older and individuals with disabilities — an earlier age threshold than the typical 65+ CA transit standard. The Senior Bus serves medical appointments, the senior center, and shopping at businesses in Eastern Madera County for $1.50 per one-way trip. Seniors are also eligible for the standard MCC reduced fare on fixed-route service. To verify your address is within the Senior Bus service area or to apply, contact the MCC Administration Office at 1-559-263-8080.
