Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) ADA complementary paratransit serves riders who, because of a disability, cannot use the regular fixed-route bus. Eligibility is established through an application and (often) an in-person functional assessment administered by the transit agency. Seniors age 65+ who meet the ADA functional standard qualify. Goldline service area covers Redding, Anderson, and Shasta Lake; rural areas like Burney use a separate intercity demand-response model.
