Bond County public transportation is Bond County Transit, a demand-response curb-to-curb system open to all residents of Bond County (Greenville, Pocahontas, Sorento, Mulberry Grove). Through a contract with AgeSmart Community Resources it provides thousands of trips a year for older adults; an Intercity Bus route runs to Centralia, where riders transfer to South Central Transit. The Illinois Benefit Access Program adds free/reduced fares for income-eligible riders 65+.
