Kane County's Area Agency on Aging is AgeGuide Network of Aging (PSA 02) (AgeGuide Network of Aging). Services: Aging & Disability Resource Network information and assistance; intake/referral for the Illinois Community Care Program (CCP) in-home services via a local Care Coordination Unit; home-delivered and congregate meals; caregiver support (NFCSP); benefits enrollment (SNAP / Medicare / Benefit Access); and senior centers.
