Macon County public transportation is the Decatur Public Transit System (DPTS), the City of Decatur's fixed-route bus network, plus Operation Uplift (ADA curb-to-curb shared-ride paratransit for people who can't use the fixed-route buses) and Decatur Moves microtransit. Seniors 65+ and people with disabilities ride at a reduced fare, and income-eligible riders 65+ can ride free through the Illinois Benefit Access Program.
