Who it's for

Monroe County public transportation is the Monroe Randolph Transit District (MRTD), the primary provider for Monroe and Randolph counties — demand-response curb-to-curb service (call to schedule) on ADA lift-equipped vehicles serving Waterloo, Columbia, Valmeyer, and beyond. MRTD also runs the MRTD Express connecting to the St. Clair County Transit District / MetroLink, giving riders a one-seat link toward Belleville and downtown St. Louis. The Illinois Benefit Access Program adds free/reduced fares for income-eligible riders 65+.
