How to apply for Noblesville Utilities Sewer and Trash Discount (Hamilton County) in Indiana
Noblesville Utilities (City of Noblesville), 197 Washington Street, Noblesville
Who it's for
Noblesville Utilities gives owner-occupants a $14 a month discount on the sewer bill and a $7 a month discount on the trash fee. To qualify, your property taxes must already carry one of these county deductions: the Over Age 65 Deduction or Over Age 65 Circuit Breaker, the Blind and Disabled Persons Exemption, or the Disabled Veterans Deduction. File the deduction with the Hamilton County Auditor first. Once it is approved, bring a copy of the approved claim to Noblesville Utilities at 197 Washington Street, open weekdays 8 am to 4:30 pm. The trash discount is added with no extra forms.
Only for Noblesville Utilities customers who own and live in the home, not all of Hamilton County. You must first have one of the listed property tax deductions approved by the Hamilton County Auditor; the Over 65 deductions carry their own income and home-value limits.
