How to apply for CICOA My Freedom Transportation (Morgan County)

Who it's for

CICOA's My Freedom program provides subsidized transportation in Morgan County (and eight other central Indiana counties) for adults age 60 and older and for people of any age with disabilities. Participants pay just 25% of each trip's total cost; rides are provided by zTrip 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with wheelchair-accessible minivans available, and escorts or personal care assistants ride free.
