Who it's for
OATS Transit serves Lincoln County with OATS Transit is a shared-ride, demand-response public transportation service covering 87 rural Missouri counties. Reservations are taken 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (next-day service must be requested by 1:00 pm). Fares are paid in advance by card or by adding funds to a rider account; drivers do not accept payment on the bus. Lincoln County also has The LINC, provided by OATS Transit: service within Lincoln County Monday-Friday at $2 per stop. OATS routes run Lincoln County to Troy and Troy In-Town Monday-Friday, and to St. Charles every Thursday. An InterCity route runs Hwy 61 to St. Louis Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday ($10 round trip; appointments 10am-2pm; pickup points at Jct 61 & B commuter lot, Chubby's in Moscow Mills and the Jct 61 & 47 commuter lot in Troy). Next-day reservations 7am-1pm; all other reservations 7am-4pm.. Older adults and people with disabilities can use these services for medical appointments, shopping, and other essential trips.
