In accordance with Nevada law (NRS 428), Churchill County Social Services provides indigent services, including indigent medical, indigent provisional prescriptions (RX), and indigent burial or cremation. The office also runs general assistance for rent and utilities, utility deposits, and homeless housing help. These are emergency, temporary programs for eligible county residents.
