How to apply for Centro Cortland — Bus and Call-A-Bus (Cortland County)
Centro (Central New York Regional Transportation Authority) — operates Centro Cortland fixed-route bus and Call-A-Bus curb-to-curb paratransit in Cortland County
Who it's for
Cortland County does not run its own transit system. Centro operates the buses here as Centro Cortland. Routes COR 1 through COR 6 and COR 11 serve the City of Cortland, Homer, McGraw, Marathon, Willet, TC3 and Greek Peak. Call-A-Bus offers curb-to-curb rides on routes 1 through 4 and 6 for riders who cannot use the regular bus. Centro's half fare is for riders age 65 and older who show a Centro Reduced Fare photo ID or a Medicare card with a photo ID. Call 607-605-5555 for schedules and trip planning. Cortland County Office for Aging separately runs a bus to the Age Well Center at 607-753-5084.
Centro publishes the Greater Cortland half fare for riders age 65 and older. This record's age rule is still set at 60 and is under review. The agency makes the final decision on any fare discount. Not legal or financial advice.
