Lake County's main hospitals are UH Lake Health (TriPoint Medical Center in Concord and West Medical Center in Willoughby, part of University Hospitals) and Cleveland Clinic Mentor Hospital. Ohio's Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP) requires hospitals that get HCAP funds to give basic, medically necessary hospital care free to Ohio residents at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
