Lincoln County Transit runs a curb-to-curb Dial-a-Ride that anyone can use within the cities of Newport and Lincoln City, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The fare is $1 for a one-way ride plus $1 per extra stop. Call 541-265-4900 at least one day ahead; medical rides can be booked up to a month ahead and other trips up to two weeks ahead.
