Irion County's CEAP is delivered through Concho Valley Community Action Agency (CVCAA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving 11 Concho Valley counties. CVCAA provides utility assistance, rental assistance, weatherization, and case management. CEAP covers electric, gas, and propane payments plus energy education. Eligibility at 150% FPL.
