San Patricio County's CEAP is delivered through Community Action Corporation of South Texas (CACOST), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit CAA serving 15 South Texas counties from one regional infrastructure. CACOST provides utility bill payment assistance for electric, gas, and propane; energy crisis assistance; and energy education. Eligibility at 150% FPL.
