Who it's for

FY2027 brackets: 100% relief at income $0-$60,000; 75% at $60,001-$70,000; 50% at $70,001-$80,000; 25% at $80,001-$90,000; asset limit $500,000 excluding the home and one acre. Income $90,001-$175,000 qualifies for deferral only at 0% interest. Applications due April 15, 2026 (Treasurer's Office). Apply through the local commissioner of the revenue or assessment office.
