Net assets capped at $340,000 excluding the dwelling and up to one acre. Age 65+ or permanently and totally disabled as of Dec 31 of the previous year. Applications due on or before July 1 (FY27 RE/2026 PP cycle). Apply through the local commissioner of the revenue or assessment office.
