Who it's for
Warren County offers real estate tax relief (exemption) for homeowners who are 65 or older or permanently disabled. Total household income must be $60,000 or less, and net worth (not counting the home) must be $300,000 or less. 2026 program. Exemption brackets: $0-$30,000 = 100%, $30,001-$40,000 = 75%, $40,001-$50,000 = 50%, $50,001-$60,000 = 25%. Disabled homeowners also qualify with proof of total disability. Apply with the Commissioner of the Revenue between January 1 and April 1; 2026 application PDF linked (requires browser headers plus Referer to download). Apply through the local commissioner of the revenue or assessment office.
