Skagit Transit serves Skagit County with Skagit Transit's own Reduced Fare Permit is free and covers riders 65+, veterans, Medicare cardholders and people with disabilities on all fixed routes. The Puget Sound Regional Reduced Fare Permit ($3.00) is also honored/issued.. Older adults and people with disabilities can use reduced fares or demand-response rides for medical appointments, shopping, and other essential trips.
