Rockland County Office for the Aging (OFA) helps people age 60 and older and their caregivers. Services include home-delivered meals and meals at senior meal sites through local partner agencies, nutrition counseling with a dietitian, caregiver respite, in-home help through EISEP for people who do not get Medicaid, HEAP heating help, and Medicare counseling through HIICAP (845-364-2118).
