Schuylkill Transportation System (STS) runs fixed-route buses and a Shared Ride van program across Schuylkill County. Riders 65 and older who register with STS ride fixed-route buses free, paid for by the Pennsylvania Lottery. In the Senior Shared Ride program, seniors 65+ pay 15% of the fare and the Pennsylvania Lottery pays the other 85%.
