How to apply for Kane County Active Living Center shopping bus — Kane in Utah
Kane County Senior Citizens (Active Living Centers)
Who it's for
The Kane County Active Living Centers in Kanab and Long Valley (Orderville) serve older adults and people with disabilities. The center bus runs a local shopping trip every Wednesday afternoon (suggested donation $5); call the center to set it up with the driver. An out-of-town shopping bus goes to St. George or Cedar City, leaving at 8 a.m. and returning before 5 p.m. (suggested donation $8). Space is limited, so call or come in to get on the list, and talk to the driver first about special requests or appointments. Call 435-644-4320 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Service areas, hours, and fares are set by the transit provider; call ahead to schedule and ask about senior or disability fares.
