Wasatch County Clerk/Auditor
Who it's for
The Wasatch County Clerk/Auditor's Office handles property tax relief for primary residences. The Circuit Breaker Low Income program is for people over 67 by December 31, 2025, or under 67 and disabled or in extreme hardship, with 2025 household income under $44,221 (form TC-90H). The Wasatch County Senior Abatement helps primary residents over 67 whose income is under $65,534 but above the Circuit Breaker limit. There are also exemptions for people who are legally blind, veterans with a VA disability rating of at least 10% and deployed military. Mail or bring forms and income, disability or military proof to 25 N Main St., Heber City, UT 84003. Turn in forms by September 1 so the relief shows on this year's tax notice; the final deadline is December 31. Call 435-657-3190.
The county decides eligibility and the amount of relief under Utah law. Most programs need a new application every year.
