Delete your data

Deletion is a right, not a favor. A deletion request removes the account and everything tied to it: profiles, results, tracked applications, and vault documents.

  1. Open the Privacy page from the site footer and follow the deletion request instructions.
  2. A confirmation email verifies the request came from the account owner.
  3. Deletion completes within the legal window (45 days), usually much sooner. Vault files are removed from storage, not just hidden.
  • Individual documents can be deleted anytime from the vault without deleting the account.
