The Pike Area Transit System (PATS) is an on-demand van service for all of Pike County, with wheelchair-lift vans. It takes riders to appointments, shopping, dialysis, physical therapy and cancer treatment. One-way fares are $2 for 0-9 miles, $3 for 10-20 miles and $4 for 21-30 miles; a monthly pass is $60 for seniors 60 and older. Book before 3:00 pm the business day before your trip by calling 334-674-2451.
