Who it's for
This program gives discounted dental care to Colorado residents 60 and older with income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level who cannot get dental coverage through Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or the Old Age Pension medical program and do not have private dental insurance. Services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and full or partial dentures, with a set co-pay per service. Find a participating dentist in your county to make an appointment.
Screened at 250% of the one-person federal poverty guideline ($39,900 in 2026); the limit is higher for larger households, so couples above this amount should still check. Not available to people who have Medicaid dental coverage or private dental insurance. The participating dental provider confirms eligibility.
