Who it's for
The Lafourche Council on Aging gives rides to people age 60 and older and people with disabilities of any age, mainly to medical visits, plus shopping and senior centers. Rides run Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in lift-equipped vehicles. Riders who are under 60 and not disabled pay a fare ($18 round trip in Lafourche Parish, $20 to Terrebonne).
