The St. Helena Council on Aging runs the only public transportation open to all residents of St. Helena Parish, with trips within St. Helena and Tangipahoa parishes. It gives curb-to-curb rides to doctor visits, tests and the pharmacy, a daily meal-site route for seniors, and other trips as the schedule allows, Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Riders under 60 pay $10.00.
