How to apply for St. Charles Urban County Homeless Prevention Program (rent and utility help) in Missouri

St. Charles County Community Development (CDBG) — administered by Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service

Who it's for

The Homeless Prevention Program helps households that may lose their home because they cannot pay their rent or utility bills. It is paid for with federal Community Development Block Grant funds and run by Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service. It serves unincorporated St. Charles County and the cities of St. Peters, St. Charles, Lake Saint Louis, Cottleville, Wentzville, Weldon Spring, Augusta, Dardenne Prairie, and St. Paul. To apply, call 2-1-1 (Coordinated Entry) to be placed in the program. For questions, call Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service at 636-441-1302.

This help is for people at risk of losing their home because they cannot pay rent or utility bills; this check cannot confirm that. Only residents of unincorporated St. Charles County and the participating cities qualify; O'Fallon runs its own program. Placement goes through 2-1-1 Coordinated Entry, and help depends on available funds.
