The Scotland County Area Transit System (SCATS) is the county-operated, curb-to-curb transportation service for Scotland County (Laurinburg). It carries riders to doctor visits, dialysis, therapy, pharmacies, nutrition sites, shopping, and work, using wheelchair-accessible lift vans.
