YVEDDI runs the community transportation system for Yadkin County, serving Davie, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin counties. It offers safe, door-to-door rides in or out of town for medical visits, shopping, and errands, with a focus on older adults, people with disabilities, and people with low income. In-town and in-county rides have low set fares, and out-of-county trips are priced by mileage. Call 336-679-2071 and give at least 48 hours notice to schedule a ride.
